Contractors are responsible for communicating project timelines and material changes to their customers.

We do not guarantee project start dates, completion dates, or weather-related scheduling.

18. Independent Contractor Relationships

Listed businesses operate independently.

Directory participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or joint venture relationship with PaintingContractorVancouver.com.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of independently submitted reviews.

Original website content, graphics, design, and branding belong to PaintingContractorVancouver.com or their respective owners.

Advertisers retain ownership of submitted logos, photographs, and promotional materials.

By submitting content for publication, advertisers grant PaintingContractorVancouver.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format, and promote those materials in connection with agreed directory services.

Advertisers confirm they possess the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

22. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through directory inquiries, business applications, advertising subscriptions, and website functionality will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Visitors should review our Privacy Policy and GDPR & Cookie Policy for additional information.

These businesses operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

PaintingContractorVancouver.com is not responsible for independent third-party transactions, services, or website content.

25. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable directory access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website operation.

Temporary disruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a paid advertising service is permanently discontinued before the end of its prepaid term, an appropriate refund will be provided for undelivered services.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PaintingContractorVancouver.com is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, professional conduct, or business activities of listed painting contractors.

Immediate removal may occur when necessary to address significant legal, safety, or security concerns.

Applicable refunds will be determined according to these Terms and mandatory legal requirements.

28. Fair Dispute Resolution

We encourage visitors, contractors, and advertisers to contact us directly regarding directory-related questions or concerns.

We aim to resolve disputes through respectful communication and good-faith discussions.

Disputes concerning painting contracts or project workmanship should ordinarily be addressed with the independent contractor or relevant authority.

Nothing in these Terms prevents individuals from exercising statutory rights or pursuing available legal remedies.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.

Mandatory consumer protection, privacy, and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

30. Changes to These Terms
